Growing up in West Virginia, Feenyx noticed how his home state was behind when it came to progression in the music department. Being recognized as one of the poorest states in America, and known for its extensive drug abuse, Feenyx knew he had to get out of West Virginia if he was truly going to make his dreams come to fruition. Packing his bags back in 2014, Feenyx made the decision to move to Atlanta to pursue music full-time and he hasn’t looked back since.
Going all-in on his career after making the move, Feenyx has been steady at his craft from that day on. Creating music that falls under the hip-hop category, Feenyx enjoys pulling aspects from different genres and bringing them together to create his own unique sound. He raps about the conscience, the business of things, and his new-fangled lifestyle, which paints a picture in his listener’s mind of who he is as a person. This ability to appeal to a wide array of different audiences is something that not many young artists can do in the game today, giving Feenyx a leg up on his competition and separating himself from the pack as a whole.
Taking his career to new heights and focusing on creating his music are the only two things on Feenyx’s mind as 2021 slowly starts to wrap up. He knows where he wants to go and what he has to do to get there, now it is only a matter of time.
